Hong-Kong - Buildings - en

I am getting even later, and restart writing on the blog - hopefully, in the next few days, there'll be daily updates, so come back !

Right now we are stopping in Corea again before going to Vladivostok, but the blog is only in Hong Kong, on january 9th...

Apart from some green countryside that the train crosses after the Chinese border... 

 Hong Kong, is a city of skycrapers, and Victoria bay is a great sight !

 Whether by day...

Or as the sun sets...

Or even more at night, from the top of the island...

Or from the bottom !

 The office building are the most prominent, but the housing buildings are many too, luxurious...

 Or a little less...

Chunkking Mansions, the setting of the Wong Kar Wai movie "Chungking Express", where immigrants arrive to Hong Kong and find cheap lodging ; right now, Africans and Indians. And backpackers, "Tay Balos" who also find here the cheapest guesthouses around.

 And even more housing, sometime in need of paint !

 Very large buildings - Hong Kong is densely populated !

There are some more cultural places such as this very interesting museum...

 And some religious places.

 And finally the train station from which we arrived and went away.
